Clove 2 Counts
Cardamom 2 Counts
Coriander seeds 5 g
Black pepper 5 counts
Cinnamon Little bit
Betel leaf 2 counts
Water 200 ml
Honey Little bit

PREPARATION OF METHOD

  •  Take the right amount of ingredients given first.
  • Then chop the betel into small pieces.
  • Add cumin, cloves, cardamom, coriander seeds, black pepper, and cinnamon with betel and grind.
  • Then take water in a pan and heat it.
  • Add the grind ingredients with water and let it boil well for 10 minutes.
  • Then strain the water and take it in another container.
  • Add honey to it.
  • Drink it twice a day in the morning and evening to boost the immune system.
