PREPARATION OF METHOD
- Take the right amount of ingredients given first.
- Then wash the leaf well.
- Then take this leaf in a bowl and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add a little ghee and mix well.

- 1) Joint pain can be cured by rubbing the area of joint pain with lemon juice along with the extract of an acalypha Indica.
- 2) Take 10 grams each of Cissus leaf, winter cherry leaf, and cumin and grind it well and eat it in the morning to get rid of joint pain and joint abrasion completely
