INGREDIENTS

Ginger Small piece
Water 20 ml
Lemon Half piece
Honey Little bit

PREPARATION OF METHOD

  •  Take the right amount of ingredients given first.
  • Then peel the ginger and chop finely.
  • Then take 200 ml of water in a bowl and heat medium heat.
  • Add chopped ginger with water and boil for 5-10 minutes.
  • Then strain the water and take it to another vessel.
  • Add lemon juice and honey to  water and mix well.
  • Severe heel pain will go away if you drink this water three times in a row.
